The Process On How The First Car Was Started To The Car We Have Nowadays.

The history of the automobile that we have today can be an enjoyable narrative since the current automobile must have come from far. The contemporary automobile is classic, comfortable, speedy and the appearance it attractive. There are different models determined by their price and the facilities in the car. Thus here is the history of how the first car has evolved to the modern car we have today.

The first automobile dated from the year 1769. The automobiles that were being used in the past looked different from the modern cars. They seemed more of the carriages that are pulled by horses. Later, people decided it would be a good idea to have carriages that do not need horses to pull them. That’s the moment they realized that they could add engine to their carriages. The carriages were known as horseless carriages though they did not pick well.

A German engineer by the name Nikolas Otto invented an internal engine that used petrol energy in 1876. it is during this time that a usable engine was made. Experimental cars that used petrol as the main source of fuel were then used to test the engine.

Cars that consumed petrol were designed in 1885 by mechanics and engineers and were made available to citizens.Today’s cars cannot be compared with those cars since they had only three wheels which were similar to those on a bicycle and they were very slow as well.

The first car that was reliable was made in 1908. It was called Ford Model T, and it was better to drive this car. Since the car was produced in large quantities, it was easily available to a lot of people. This made the car affordable to many people as the production in large quantities lowered the production cost.

The first car that became popular was Volkswagen Beetle. Due to the Second World War, the manufacture of Volkswagen beetle was stopped after it had been designed in the 1930s by Ferdinand Porsche. Since the car was strong and could not break easily, and the fact that it was affordable it became popular to several people.

Many countries all over the world in the 1950s did have disposable income, and they could show their wealth by purchasing big cars and then customize them.Some of the car parts that were used were such as electronic windows, fins, tail lights and they became popular to many people. Even though these large cars used to consume a lot of petrol, people were able to buy it since it was cheap.

Cars started becoming famous in the 1960s with people like James Bond who used to drive Aston Martin. But, it was not until the 1980s when many people in the world started having cars.
